"My full name is Finn Ryan Hudson, but everybody just calls me Finn. I'm sixteen, soon to be seventeen. As far as I know, there's really no fancy story behind my name, sorry."

"Fabulous. Now, what's your personality like? Are you the punk bitch or the sweetheart, or a mixture of both?"

"I'm a jock, which makes everyone think I'm a jerk, because most of the guys on the football team are, but I guess you could say I'm the nice one. I know that a lot of the stuff they do is wrong, like throwing Kurt in a dumpster and locking Artie in a Port-A-Potty, and so I try to stay out of it. Puck and the rest of the guys are really good at peer pressure though, so it's hard to stand up to them. Like, really hard. Plus since I joined New Directions, they kind of think I'm a wimp or something. I guess I'm a little weaker and more sensitive than the other guys. I suppose you could call me easily led or that I give in to peer pressure more. I'm just not as tough as Puck is and so I get ribbed about singing more than he does. But yeah, I'm the nice guy. I guess I'm a little naive, which I can't seem to help.

I know I'm not particularly smart, which is why I try to rely on sports to disguise that. I mean, Rachel uses words that I don't always know or understand. I usually smile and nod, which seems to work. I'm know I'm never going to be a brilliant scholar; that doesn't bother me. I just try to get through high school without failing.

This may seem hard to believe, but not only am I a little insecure, but I find Kurt really awkward. I mean, he's really talented and all, and he's also a good guy, but I've always suspected that he has a crush on me and that's just weird. I have nothing against gay people or anything, but it's just odd to me. I can't believe that he could actually like me. But anyways, I find it strange that he could like me in that way. Our parents living together just makes it ten times more awkward. But he's not bad aside from being a little clingy sometimes. I know he knows that I'm straight and that's not changing but I really don't want to hurt him."

"I have a lot of likes, such as music, singing, sports - specifically football, Quinn, Rachel, Glee club, Mr. Schue because he really believes in us, as well as a few lesser things such as food in general, ."

"Now that that's over with, what's your life been like so far? Anything interesting happen? Anything bad happen?"

"My parents got married pretty young. They had me not too long after that fact. I was only four or five when my dad left for Iraq. It was weird not having him around, but like I said, I was really young so it became normal after a while, it being just me and my mom. I don't know how long it was before we got the news that he'd been killed. I didn't really register it except that daddy wasn't coming home but my mom just kind of fell apart. He died a hero and at least he was brave, but sometimes it's awful not to have a father.

Darren came along when I was eight or so. He and my mom got together and best of all, he introduced me to music. He gave me hope that I could sing. It was nice to have a father figure, especially because my mom was completely smitten. When Darren left for some young, blonde bimbo my mom was devastated. I couldn't believe that he could just leave like that. It was hard to see her like that, so I had to man up and take charge. I guess you could say that I aged fast.

I became the quarterback of the school team last year. I've always been athletic and I really enjoyed being part of the team. It gave me a pass to popularity and I became liked, and started dating Quinn. It was great, and I really liked her. High school was going really well.

Then Mr. Schue found a bag of 'Chronic Lady' marijuana in my locker. I don't use drugs because it's bad for my game. Somebody planted that in there. I don't know who did it, but anyways, Mr. Schue made me a deal that I could join Glee and not get expelled and lose my scholarship. I joined Glee, which obviously got me slushied and made fun of. I had to slushie Kurt once. I hated that, and I felt so guilty. He dumped it on his own head.

Then there was the Puck and Quinn thing. That broke my heart, basically because she lied to me on so many levels. I'm trying to move on, especially now that the baby is adopted, but I just can't trust her or Puck anymore. I mean, we get along and that, but it's so hard to face them sometimes. Especially when I don't know what's going on between them and it's just really complicated. I think I've said enough."

"I'm a mix, because I'm a jock and a Gleek. See, being the football team's quarterback and a popular kid guarantees me some social status, but I'm also one of the male leads in New Directions, which gets me slushied sometimes. Oh, and I go to McKinley."

"You must be really busy. So, I'm just curious, what's your sexuality? Are you single?"

"I'm as straight as they get. I'm really not sure about what's going on with either me and Rachel or me and Quinn, so let's just say that it's complicated. I don't think I'm 'with' either of them, especially since Puck knocked up Quinn, and I don't know how I feel about Rachel. Yeah, let's leave it at 'it's complicated.'"

"Okay, duly noted. Now, do you have any secrets? My lips are sealed - for a while."

"I have a few. The biggest one is how I hit a guy when I was learning how to drive. I didn't kill him, but he was seriously injured. I can't get the image of the windshield cracking and his body rolling up on top of the car out of my head, along with my mom's screaming. We just don't mention it now. Still, I feel so guilty about that.

I guess my other secret is that I can't trust Quinn. Well, considering she fucked my best friend I don't think that's a secret, but her telling me some lie about that time in the hot tub and convincing me I was the dad - that hurt a lot more than I want to admit. She broke my heart and I'm still not over it."

"I don't have any phobias, but I do have a few things that I am worried about. For instance, I'm seriously scared that I'll lose my football scholarship. I can't afford to lose it, because without it, I can't go to college. I really want to go because I know I'm not the brightest bulb and I need a further education just in case football doesn't work out."
